Copywriting agency Lungfish is inviting business people to bring questions to its ‘Copy Clinic’ at the Cornwall Business Show tomorrow (March 19).
The Lungfish team, which has worked with the likes of Oracle, Mitsubishi and the Cornwall Development Company, is poised to answer all kind of questions on writing for marketing and business.
Prospective ‘patients’ will be able to drop in for a checkup on stand 75, receive confidential advice on embarrassing marketing problems, or get a prescription if their writing is feeling a little limp.
Lungfish lead copywriter, David McGuire, explained: “We’re putting on our white coats to help local businesses cure their sensitive issues — whether it’s an unsightly rash of email unsubscribes, or an irrational fear of apostrophes.
“People really shouldn’t feel embarrassed to ask us anything — web copy, newsletters, case studies, straplines… we’ve seen it all before.
“So if you’re having trouble keeping up strong client relationships, drop into the clinic and let’s see what we can prescribe.”
The Cornwall Business Show gets underway from 10am, at the Royal Cornwall Showground in Wadebridge.
