The annual event, organised by the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, will this year take place at the Eden Project, on May 13.
The fair, which will include a trade exhibition and speaker programme, is expected to attract thousands of representatives from Cornish businesses, as well as national companies with an interest in what Cornwall has to offer.
Sir Tim will share his views on what he believes the future holds for Cornish businesses, at a special lunch event.
