The founder of south west success story, The Gro Company, has been confirmed as the final speaker for the one-day female entrepreneurship conference, Ahead for Heights.
Ouvrielle Holmes will address delegates at the Royal Cornwall Showground on Tuesday May 13, at the event which forms part of this year’s Cornwall Business Week.
The Gro Company is perhaps best known for inventing the Grobag (a safe sleeping bag for babies and toddlers) among other sleep safety products.
It started life as a small, family business before a multi-million pound buy-out in 2013. Delegates will be able to tap into Holmes’ extensive experience in starting and running such a successful business.
She will be joining a speaker line-up that includes Alex Polizzi, from TVs ‘The Hotel Inspector’ and ‘The Fixer’, and founder of Wizard Jeans, Sally Allen-Gerard.
Ahead for Heights is being hosted by Enterprising Women, the UK’s largest not for profit female enterprise community.
