A panel featuring Thelma Sorensen (Devon and Cornwall Business Council), Andrew May (Isles of Scilly Steamship Company), Chris Hines (founder of Surfers Against Sewage), Oliver Baines (acting CEO of Cornwall Community Foundation), Peter Child (A&P Falmouth) and David Walrond (Truro & Penwith College), debated a range of issues centred around the local economy.

Chamber CEO Kim Conchie, who chaired the debate, said: “Chairing the discussion with such a formidable panel was a pleasure. I think we covered some areas of real interest to the people of Cornwall. I am adamant that these views will inform the direction Cornwall & Scilly move in over the next few years.”
