Business leaders from around Cornwall have been given an open invitation to the Collaborate Cornwall Conference that will focus on illustrating the virtues of working in partnership with other companies, to create new products and services and accessing new markets.

The conference, which will feature keynote speeches, case studies, workshops, inspiration and ideas for businesses, is organised by YTKO as part of the Convergence-funded Partner to Succeed programme.

Taking place at Newquay’s Lighthouse Cinema on January 19, the conference will give delegates the choice of attending two out of six interactive workshops across morning and afternoon sessions.

Founder of WECREATE Nick Jankel, a leadership coach and social entrepreneur, will deliver the opening keynote speech followed later by business innovation specialist Roland Harwood, networks partner at business innovation agency 100% Open.

Partner to Succeed programme director, Tim Bryant, commented: “We are delighted to showcase the diversity of collaborations that Cornish businesses have embarked upon during what has been a very exciting journey to date.

“There is clear evidence that locally-based ambitious businesses are really starting to consider their collaborative ventures much more seriously than ever before.”
