More than 130 business people attended Oxford Innovation’s Bangers and Splash event at Tregenna Castle in St Ives recently, to hear marketing and entrepreneurial advice from two leading experts.

‘The Black Farmer’, Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, ran through his career highlights, while Brett Donahay from global marketing consultancy eatbigfish, shared his focus on ‘challenger’ behaviour and thinking.

The event was organised by the Convergence-funded Grow Cornwall Programme, which is delivered through Oxford Innovation.

Andrew Farmer, programme manager at Oxford Innovation said: “We had a fantastic turn out for this event and it was wonderful to bring two such high calibre, world class speakers to Cornwall. Both Wilfred and Brett shared some extremely useful and interesting thoughts, ideas and concepts with delegates.”
