The Mid Cornwall Business Group is looking for new members and by way of incentive is offering a £1k and a year’s free membership to the best small business that applies.
The networking group meets weekly at the Cliffhead Hotel in Carlyon Bay, and its chairman Laurence Cosnett, who is also operations director of AC 1 Recruitment, said: “We are always looking for new businesses to join our group, and I believe our ‘Dragon’s Den’ idea will create some excitement and interest. The prize of £1k and a year’s free membership shows how committed we are to helping businesses in the mid-Cornwall area.”
The Group has a diverse membership including: builders, landscape gardeners, media and marketing specialists, accountants, financial services, recruitment and staffing, engineers, contract cleaners and retailers.
Entry to the competition is free and all those who enter will be invited to give a short pitch to the committee of the group.
