A special networking event for apprentices and trainees looking to hone their digital skills is being held this autumn.
Software Cornwall will be hosting its award-winning Mission to Mars programme at the FibreHub in Pool on November 23.
With so many roles in industries becoming digital, this day is for attendees to learn valuable soft skills which can be applied to all roles within a business.
The Mission to Mars work experience programme is designed to provide a realistic experience of being a software developer. Also focusing on those essential soft skills. Working in teams, participants are supported in completing a set of incrementally difficult tasks, each built upon the capabilities of the robots.
Industry professionals will be on hand throughout the day to coach participants, helping to develop problem-solving skills, write quality code and to share their own working experiences and careers.
