A Cornish creative agency is donating computer equipment to school children.

After hearing about a young GCSE student attempting to do their photography coursework on an iPhone5, the team at Vitamin Cornwall realised they could help by donating some of their old (but still good) devices to pupils with limited or no access to a computer at home.

Business owner Jacob Beckett explained: “We have to upgrade our computers regularly to run the latest software, and we realised that there must be lots of individuals and studios in our industry who do the same.

“If they can donate as well, we can support more young people who are doing their best to keep studying in difficult circumstances.”

Vitamin Cornwall is working with Richard Lander School – if you have a computer you can donate, then drop them a line at hello@vitamincornwall.com or on any of their social channels @vitamincornwall #tech4teens and they’ll help to find it a good home.

Alternatively contact your local secondary school directly.
