Camborne-based INRstar has been acquired by global health group, LumiraDx.
The company, which provides the UK’s leading software for anticoagulation management, was acquired due to its successful track record in the UK health sector.
LumiraDx identified the growing Cornish business as a rising star in the health tech market and recognised that the Cornish business represented a “shared vision to improve patient outcomes and choice”.
Mike Nicholls, technical development manager at INRstar, said: “We are so pleased that we are able to expand our employment opportunities. There are some really exciting new software and technical roles in the pipeline.”
Financial terms on the deal were not disclosed.
