A St Austell-based IT company is embarking on a crusade to improve the way businesses interact with technology.
‘Improving businesses by improving technology use’ is the new strap line of Aurumtech Solutions, setup by management and technical professional Chris Rickard.
He is aiming to bring a new style of service that focuses on making companies use their technology in “positive ways”.
He said: “A lot of technology suppliers are reactive by nature, fighting your fires and struggling to do more. I don’t want to do that, I want my service to really help businesses.
“The mission I’ve set myself is to find companies who want to improve. We will help them use technology to its fullest potential.
“It’s going to take time, and call for blood, sweat and tears in all probability, but the end result will be a company that just works smarter.”
