Digital marketing agency, Jarrang, has acquired the development, support and hosting arm of Magento ecommerce website development specialist, Insite Digital.
Dan Hinchcliffe, director of Insite Digital, explained: “With Jarrang’s expertise in delivering digital marketing programmes and their renowned customer service, which is essential for supporting our clients’ business needs, we’re really pleased that they will be taking these areas of our business forwards.
“We assessed Jarrang’s abilities to support our clients and enhance the current product offering with specialist Magento marketing integrations and are really impressed with the quality of service they offer.”
All Insite clients will be contacted over the coming days and will be introduced to the wider team at Jarrang, who have appointed a dedicated technical account manager to coordinate the transition.
Jarrang MD, Stafford Sumner, added: “We’ve been seeking opportunities to grow our ecommerce portfolio and increase the number of businesses that we’re able to support with our integrated digital marketing capabilities.
“This deal with Insite Digital enables us to fulfil that ambition.”
The agreement will enable Hinchcliffe and fellow Insite director, Mike Reed, to focus on a new venture called Nuubocart, which is due to be launched later this year.
