SMS company, FireText, has been approved as an integration partner with a help desk software company in the US.
San Francisco-based Zendesk provides a global customer service platform for managing customer queries through online ticketing.
FireText has integrated the ability to send real-time text messages that update customers on their query in an instant.
FireText’s SMS service has also been approved for integration with other well-established platforms such as NASDAQ-listed Micros-Fidelio – a leading IT solutions vendor and hosting provider for the hospitality, retail, travel and cruise industries – and ITRIS – a recruitment software system used by leading recruitment agencies across the world.
Helston-based FireText says it sees this global recognition as reward for getting the basics right from the very start.
Co-founder Dan Parker remarked: “Our SMS platform was originally built with these sort of integrations in mind, enabling a wide range of customers to utilise the service in conjunction with their day-to-day industry software.”
