Cornwall-based marketing company FireText Communications has completed a highly successful week of SMS marketing at the Volvo Snowbombing festival in Austria, with one of the UK’s biggest event companies.
The Volvo Snowbombing Festival is run by Outgoing UK and is one of the most recognised festivals in the winter sports calendar and this featured headline artists including Mark Ronson, Fatboy Slim and The Prodigy.
FireText setup an International SMS Competition to allow individuals to enter a daily competition to win a brand new Volvo C30 by texting the dedicated number. FireText also sent updates via SMS to all festival-goers throughout the weekend about each day’s events.
