St Austell-based Brand Division Ltd has further strengthened its position in the promotional merchandise marketplace with the acquisition of Bristol-based Tomato Source Ltd.
Tomato Source joins Fluid Branding and Chilli Source in the Brand Division portfolio, but will continue to operate from Bristol. Tomato Source’s directors, Emma Beeson and Sophie Howes, have joined Brand Division directors, Matt Franks and Miles Lovegrove, on the company’s main board.
Franks said the strategic acquisition will benefit Brand Division by leveraging increased buying power and supplying to a wider client base. The alliance will also give the company complete control over the entire supply chain.
Franks commented: “The acquisition of Tomato Source is a fantastic move forward for Fluid Branding and associated companies within the group. Tomato Source brings us a wealth of agency experience, creative talent and high level account management, further strengthening the established team and resources at Fluid Branding”.
Beeson added: “This is a great development – we are absolutely delighted to have access to the established support services of Brand Division, which will leave Sophie and I to do what we do best – major brand account acquisition and handling.”
