Work is almost complete on a new speculative development on the Treleigh Industrial Estate in Redruth.
The £2.76 million Treleigh Park project was part financed (£1.38 million) by the Convergence Programme with specialist commercial developer HG Sites Ltd providing the match funding.
The four-unit site is scheduled to complete next month, with Gloveman Supplies Ltd (GSL) set to be the first tenant.
GSL is expanding from its current home on Treleigh and MD, Mike Peck, said: “The new unit will allow the creation of 11 new jobs by the end of 2015. This is an exciting prospect for us and we look forward to welcoming new people into the company.”
