Outset Cornwall has announced details for its next round of information sessions.

The Convergence-funded programme is urging anyone thinking of starting their own business or becoming self-employed, to get in contact and find out more about the free workshops, mentoring and training on offer.

Kate McEwen, programme director for Outset Cornwall, said: “The programme has supported the launch of over 120 new small businesses in Cornwall with many more in the pipeline.

“Many of the clients who are now trading never thought they would be able to do it, but with the right support they have overcome barriers, spread their wings and taken off. We even have a number of clients who are employing people in their new ventures, which is great for Cornwall in these challenging economic times.”

Outset’s information sessions are taking place across Cornwall in January and February. To find out more and to book your free place, click here.
