With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, two local business support organisations are getting together for a spot of business matchmaking.
Partner to Succeed and Cornwall Enterprising Women (CEW) have joined forces to promote the potential benefits of working in partnership with another company and are hosting the ‘Find Your Perfect Partner’ afternoon tea in Truro this Friday (February 11).
CEW network and event coordinator Josie Purcell said: “We hope to encourage a number of CEW’s members and guests to take a serious look at the opportunities collaboration in business can create.”
Mark Sansby, business development manager with Partner to Succeed, said: “Our philosophy is simple. Sharing knowledge, risk and reward is the key to sustainable growth.
“We hope all attendees will gain an insight into collaboration, and that we may uncover a perfect business partnership on the day, too.”
Dr Mairi McLean will explain how working with Partner to Succeed helped her company, Manage Europe, collaborate with PSG Cornwall to form Safeguarding Society.
The session, which will run from 12.30pm to 3pm, is free to CEW members and £15 to non-members and will take place at Library House in Truro.
