Santander supported the Hall for Cornwall (HFC) Grand Raffle 2015 by providing match-funding for the project.
Santander staff came along to HFC on three occasions to sell tickets to audiences prior to show performances – matching any of the raffle tickets they sold on those days pound for pound.
Overall Santander raised £1,014 towards the £7,165 raffle total.
All funds raised from the raffle go towards helping HFC to continue to bring a diverse range of quality shows to Cornwall.
The money raised also supports HFC’s wide-ranging education and community work, including Touch Tours and Audio Described shows for the blind and partially sighted.
Fundraising administrator, Chelsea Nelson, said: “It was fantastic to have the support of Santander, an existing HFC Corporate Friend, for our raffle.
“Their hard work selling tickets at the theatre pre-show, alongside the match-funding they offered, provided a real boost to our final target and helps support the important community and education work HFC undertakes across Cornwall.”
