Rick Stein’s Café and St Petroc’s Bistro in Padstow have raised more than £1.7k for charity this autumn.
During the first two weeks in November, St Petroc’s Bistro collected over £1.4k for WaterAid. The bistro hosted a special three-course menu for £14.50; from this they donated £2 directly to the charity.
During September and October, customers donated at Rick Stein’s Café to raise £300 for Action Against Hunger.
David Sharland, operations director of The Seafood Restaurant, said: “We are very happy to be able to support these charities, I’m delighted our restaurants have raised over £1,700. Thank you to all of our customers for their positive response to the collection, we really appreciate all your generous donations.”
