The second annual LESW Charity Skydive Challenge will be taking to the skies next month, raising money for the Cornwall Community Foundation.
Nine brave volunteers from the local business community are aiming to raise in excess of £3k, with a large proportion of the proceeds going to two specific projects.
The Cornwall Befriending Scheme supports young carers who tend to parents with long-term illnesses or disabilities; while Carefree Fostering Independence Cornwall is a voluntary organisation helping young people in care, providing them with a range of respite activities.
Weather permitting, the jump will take place 10,000 ft above the skies of Perrranporth Airfield on Wednesday, September 21. For more details, or to make a donation, click here.
