Midas Construction, part of the Midas Group, has been getting involved with its local community in Cornwall.
Midas recently moved from its long-standing St Austell Office to a new office in Indian Queens to facilitate its expansion in Cornwall now that it is one of the only three large contractors left in Cornwall.

Sam Lockyer the general manager of the business in Cornwall wants to get more involved with the local community and he recently attended a careers fair at Helston Community College for students aged between 12 and 16 to spread the word about Midas.

He said: “We had a great time at the Careers Fair and the students seemed really interested in the construction industry and what Midas had to offer them as future employees.”

Midas is also pleased to announce it is supporting the Cornwall Community Foundation and is in the process of joining the top 100 Club. Cornwall Community Foundation is the charity committed to supporting local projects in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that engage local people in making their communities better places to live.
