Property consultants Alder King are pleased to announce the sale of Unit 9B at Falmouth Business Park in Cornwall.
The consultants sold Unit 9B to Trelawney Property Management, who currently occupy the unit. Trelawney purchased the single storey office building, which extends to 950 sq ft, as a virtual freehold at an undisclosed price.
Tim Smart, head of agency, Cornwall at Alder King commented: “Falmouth Business Park provides high specification office accommodation in a landscaped environment, which has all been constructed to reach a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. It is the only accommodation in the area to have achieved this.
“Trelawney Property Management initially leased their premises, but found it suited their business so well that they decided to purchase the building.”
Falmouth Business Park was completed in 2009 by Priority Sites and is a development of speculative high quality offices arranged as semi-detached units with extensive car parking. It is located on the western periphery of Falmouth close to the A39 Penryn bypass, which provides access to the A30 dual carriageway. The park has excellent transport links and is within 25 miles of Newquay Airport.
