The finalists have been revealed for this year’s West Country Women Awards.
Founded by Alexis Bowater OBE and Tess Stuber, the awards aims to inspire and empower women, recognising the invaluable contributions they make to society while creating a community of support across the west country.
The finalists were carefully selected from a pool of nominees across various categories, including Small Business of the Year, Women in STEM, Combatting Violence Against Women and Girls, Best Supporting Act, the Phoenix Award, Women in Sport, Best Supporting Act and many others.
There are a number of finalists from Cornwall, including Claire Knight (Phoenix Rising CIC) who is up for the Inspirational Leader Award and Lucy Cox (Academe) who is shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year.
Winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony to be held in Plymouth on November 28. For the full shortlist, click here.
