A heating engineer from St Austell is through to the semi-finals of the Screwfix Top Tradesperson 2021 competition.
Stephen Jarvis, who works for Livewest, has been selected following an initial application outlining how he “demonstrates a real passion for the trade, is exceptionally skilled, and has the drive and determination to go above and beyond for their customers”.
“I’m delighted to be through to the semi-finals of the competition,” he said.
“Having operated in this fantastic industry for over three decades now, I like to think I’ve made some sort of a difference in terms of helping local people and nurturing new talent so it would be great to be recognised for this.”
Stephen will join over 30 other semi-finalists in the interview stage with representatives from Screwfix to try and secure a place at a two-day virtual final event later this month and a £20k prize bundle comprising tech, tools, and training.
