St Austell-based housing developer Gilbert & Goode took Gold in the Devon Building Control Partnership (DBCP) Building Excellence Awards.

The company won the award for the best large development at Kelly Gardens in Tavistock, which was built on behalf of Blue Cedar Homes.

Kelly Gardens comprises 12 luxury detached homes, built exclusively for people aged 55 and over.
