A leading Cornwall law firm has been recognised for its culture at a national awards ceremony.

Stephens Scown LLP won Best Corporate Culture at the Managing Partners’ Forum Awards 2020.

Described as “clever and lively” by the judges, Stephens Scown’s winning entry was for a business development campaign that used 70’s music as its theme. The campaign included fun competitions, training, business development guides and initiatives to encourage greater cross-team working.

“This was a fun campaign with a serious mission – to encourage greater knowledge sharing between teams in order to provide even better service to our clients,” said managing partner Richard Baker.

“Yet again, we have shown that by doing things the Stephens Scown way, we can beat the best in the country.”
