A Cornish dental social enterprise is in the running for a hat-trick of industry awards.
First up, Smile Together has been shortlisted for ‘Dental Brand of the Year’ along with its branding agency Fuel, at the Dental Industry Awards, which will be presented in London next Friday (November 17).
The next shortlisting is for Social Enterprise UK’s ‘One to Watch’ award, where Smile Together is among nine of the brightest organisations in the UK. Winners will be revealed on November 23.
And finally Smile Together has been nominated for ‘Positive Impact of the Year’ at the Employee Ownership Awards, for its team of volunteers who travelled 1,500 miles around Cornwall to provide oral health treatments and oral cancer screenings for the elderly, disabled and homeless.
The winner of this award will be announced on November 27 in Birmingham.
