A Cornish business woman has just returned home from New York with a brace of international awards.
Wendy Powell, founder of MuTu System, was presented with the accolades at the New York Stevie Awards for Women in Business, which were held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, off Times Square.
Powell was awarded Silver in the ‘Female Entrepreneur of the Year’ category, while her medically endorsed MuTu System took Bronze in the ‘Company of the Year’ category.
She said: “I couldn’t be more proud of how much we have achieved. My main ambition is to help as many mums restore their confidence and take control of their bodies, and it’s so wonderful to be rewarded with recognition for doing something I love.”
MuTu System is specially designed training programme for women who “want to shift the ‘mummy tummy’, heal their core and pelvic floor, get strong, fit, and truly body confident inside and out”.
