The Chef’s Chef award is the highlight of the AA Hospitality Awards, offering all AA Rosette-awarded chefs the chance to decide which of their peers deserves the ultimate recognition.

Simon Numphud, head of AA Hotel Services, said: “I am delighted to see Nathan being recognised by his peers for this very special award, an extremely talented yet very humble chef, clearly a popular choice.

“Over the last few years the collection of restaurants and books he has created have been impressive and reflect Nathan’s total commitment and passion for food.”

In addition to owning restaurants in Rock and Port Isaac, Outlaw also helps train chefs of the future through the Academy Nathan Outlaw, a joint initiative with Cornwall College.
