Cornwall Food & Drink has announced the finalists for the inaugural Choose Cornish Awards.
Initiated by Cornwall Food & Drink and Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, Choose Cornish focuses on encouraging people in Cornwall to support local businesses by buying local produce and using local services.
The awards are divided into four categories, reflecting areas where buying local can have a real impact on Cornwall’s economy.
The winners will be announced at a special invitation-only event at Heartlands on September 23, where Nathan Outlaw will create a menu of small dishes in the style of his latest venture, Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen at Port Isaac.
