MacAce, the Mac specialist Internet Services Provider (ISP) based in Cornwall, has been voted the best Internet Service Provider at this years UK Internet Awards. Other finalists were BE, O2, Plusnet and Zen Internet. The ISPAs – the UK Internet industry awards – are unique as they are awarded to people and organisations in the industry by their peers and reflect the broad nature of the service provider sector.

MacAce clinched the Customer Choice award which is voted for by customers. All ISP’s in the country were invited to join the awards where customers could rate them from one to ten based on three simple criteria: Reliability, Customer Service and Value for Money. MacAce scored highest overall and was therefore crowned Best ISP in the category.

“It’s a remarkable achievement in that a relatively small company from Cornwall can beat every other ISP in the country when it comes to providing a better internet experience for it’s customers. Especially as it’s our customers that have rated our performance.”

Gary Hall, CEO and founder of MacAce.
