Winners Recruitment has promoted Sally Phillips to director.
Phillips returned to Winners five years ago having originally joined the company in 2001, just three months after it first opened.
“I am super excited to announce that today I have become a director at Winners Recruitment,” she said.
“As with all families, we have experienced highs and lows, won contracts, waited outside factories to check staff in, held on tight though a recession and more recently kept our nerve during Covid-19 and two lockdowns.
“During the past 20 years I have left and been welcomed back to the ‘fold’ three times, and I feel privileged that my MD Kim Piner, alongside director James Prentice, have the confidence that I will help to continue strengthening the Winners brand.”
Prentice added: “Both Kim and I are extremely proud and honoured to have Sally as part of our family.
“There have been unprecedented times over the past few years, But Sally has always been there to support Winners and the whole team and we needed to repay this loyalty shown by Sally and we thought this would show our appreciation that we have recognised her and her achievements.”
