SWIG Finance has announced that Chris Butters has joined the board as non-executive director (NED).
Previously a partner at PWC and Virtu Capital Group, Butters considerable NED and senior executive experience at various levels including not-for-profit, local government as well as plc/private corporates, mainly in the south west.
SWIG Finance has grown significantly over the recent years and says the appointment will help the business embark on an ambitious programme of further growth, with the view to supporting more SMEs.
SWIG Finance’s newly appointed chairperson, Christine Allison, said: “Having Chris join the SWIG Finance board is a significant step forward in strengthening the team. We have a challenging year ahead – and beyond – and I am confident that Chris’s expertise will be crucial.”
