Penryn-based copywriting agency Radix Communications has hired a new junior copywriter and revealed a new-look management team.

Chloe Tidy is promoted to head of client services, alongside Sarah Gray, who’s now head of internal operations.

They are joined on the management team by three new consultant writers: George Reith, Steve George, and Kieran Haynes. The new consultancy division will work closely with clients to provide content advice and suggestions, as well as dedicated writing support.

Creative director David McGuire said: “Increasingly, B2B marketers expect writers to be proactive content partners rather than just suppliers. This new team means we’re well placed to help.”

Content lead Nick Prescott and account manager Jordan Brown were also promoted, while junior copywriter Lizzie Cresswell joined the agency as its 12th specialist B2B writer.

She said: “I feel really lucky that I’m taking the first few steps of my writing career here. The team take a lot of pride and enjoyment in their work, and the experience and support around me are invaluable.”
