The Falmouth-based firm of chartered accountants, Lang Bennetts, has appointed a new account manager.

Adam Keogh, a keen triathlete in his spare time, has more than 20 years’ experience in accountancy.

“I’ve been working in Truro for the last 14 years,” he said, “and am really excited about moving to Lang Bennetts’ Falmouth office.

“The firm has had a base in the area since 2010 and, having moved to new offices on Bickland Water Road 18 months ago, is seeing very exciting growth. It’s a great opportunity for me to continue building their client portfolio.”

Recently added to that portfolio are two video gaming companies based on the Tremough university campus. New technology start-ups like those have considerably broadened Lang Bennetts’ industry expertise and contributed to growth in both turnover and staff.  Adam Keogh is the firm’s 50th employee.

First established 81 years ago, Lang Bennetts claims to be Cornwall’s largest independent chartered accountancy practice.
