Telecoms and IT firm, Pure Comms, has made a number of internal changes to form a new board of directors.

CEO, Rob Vivian, heads the board, which also includes chairman Julian Telling, finance director Richard Corser and technical director Harry Bishop.

Also joining the board is ex-college and local authority director Jane Vivian, who has taken control of Pure Comms’ marketing and business development.

Pure Comms has been in business for nearly seven years and has two offices, one just outside of Bristol and one in St Austell, which recently celebrated its first year of trading.

Rob Vivian comments: “We’ve grown rapidly since our inception in November 2009 and having an experienced and capable steering group will ensure we continue to grow, as well as provide the added-value service which our customer’s benefit from.”

Pure Comms has also put in place a new management structure aimed at alleviating some of the time constraints the CEO and board of directors are experiencing, enabling them to concentrate on some of the larger contracts, projects and identified areas of growth.

Vivian added: “We have identified a team of individuals with the skills, attributes and knowledge to help take forward the process developments within the business, whilst at the same time advancing their own careers at Pure Comms.

“Every one of them will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of these processes, ensuring we are best placed to respond to further business expansion.”
