Stephens Scown has recruited an intellectual property (IP) specialist to join its fast growing IP team.
Neil Eagleton, who boasts nearly ten years’ experience in commercial and IP issues, joins Stephens Scown as a senior associate from London firm Sheridans.
He has a particular focus in advising clients in the fashion, media and entertainment, sports and music sectors.
The appointment comes as Stephens Scown continues to grow its intellectual property practice. Last year, the firm worked on over half of the trade marks filed by south west businesses.
