Merchants Manor’s head chef, Dale McIntosh, has become chef patron and partner in the business.
McIntosh has been at the helm of Merchants Manor’s kitchen for the past two years, during which time he has worked hard to forge close relationships with local producers and suppliers.
Nick Rudlin, owner of Merchants Manor, said: “Our vision has always been to create a ‘restaurant with rooms’ and our commitment to this stance continues now that Dale has become a partner.
“Sourcing and combining ingredients is a complete labour of love for Dale and his passion and enthusiasm for creating a total dining experience is evident across the whole business.”
