The firm has recently marked 40 years in business with the launch of Atlantic Studio, a 340sqm contemporary design studio in St Ives with state-of-the-art technology and superfast fibre links.

The facilities at Atlantic Studio have been developed to support diversification of the practice to provide landscape, interior and urban design services. In addition, the new studio will provide hot desking and conference room facilities to other creative businesses in west Cornwall.

Spowart commented: “It is a privilege to work with our highly skilled team of 16 staff and wider network of collaborators on projects throughout the south west and beyond”.

Meanwhile, PBWC has made the finals of the Michelmores and Western Morning News Property Awards as in the Professional Practice of the Year category.
