The largest architectural practice in Cornwall is changing its management structure as a direct response to its continued growth. Existing managing director of CSA Architects, Justin Dodge, is being joined by chartered architects Jason Jarvis, Susan Kinver and Dan Meek at board level.

Dodge said: “The new board is a balanced, well rounded team that combines design flair, technical know-how and an acute understanding of commercial viability.  This will undoubtedly provide an enhanced service to our clients. CSA Architects continues to grow steadily as we secure more projects and we are currently looking to recruit a senior architectural technician.  The change in management structure has been implemented to include the breadth and expertise of our company at board level and to ensure the management team is more accessible to our clients.”

Christopher Smith founded CSA Architects 24 years ago and whilst he has not been actively involved with the company for eight years, he has remained a director. Smith has decided that due to the new management structure, the time is right for him to step aside altogether.
