Stephens Scown LLP has appointed a talented lawyer, Sarah Atkinson, as an Associate in order to strengthen its already successful family law team within Cornwall.
The firm’s family team has received the highest ranking from independent legal guides Chambers UK and Legal 500, with Sarah herself being ranked as a leader in her field by Chambers.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in March 2006 and joins Stephens Scown from Gregg Latchams LLP in Bristol. She specialises in divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships and related financial settlements involving complex assets and pensions.
Growing up in St Ives, Sarah knows Cornwall well and has recently decided to relocate to St Agnes after 15 years away. Sarah said: “I am delighted to be joining Stephens Scown who are recognised as having the best family law team in the region, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s success.”
