A local firm of solicitors has added to its personal law team with the appointment of an ‘exceptional talent’.
Nick Latimir has taken up a position in the private client department at Coodes Solicitors’ Truro office, after moving from Foot Anstey.
As a member of the Law Society, Latimir has kept a close eye on Coodes’ recent Excellence in Conveyancing Award win and has also been impressed by the high regard his fellow professionals have for the firm.
He said: “I was looking to move to a firm that prioritised private client work and had a strong presence in the county. I was very impressed with the Coodes personal law team and its reputation, which was mentioned in Chambers and Legal 500.”
Latimir is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has broad experience in estate administration, tax planning, will drafting and mental capacity issues.
