Legal firm Stephens Scown has appointed two new planning lawyers to its office in Truro.
Chris Tofts joins from Cornwall Council, where he advised on numerous large schemes including the beach development at Carlyon Bay, the Hayle Harbour regeneration scheme, and the proposed energy from waste facility at St Dennis.
Kirstie Apps arrives from Tozers LLP in Exeter, where she acted for a large number of residential and holiday park owners.
