Cornish food producer Deli Farm Charcuterie has appointed Marc Dennis to the position of general manager.
Dennis will oversee daily operations and assist with driving British artisan charcuterie sales, expanding Deli Farm’s business into the city of London and across the country to build on its recent Olympic and Wimbledon achievements.
Partner Jean Edwards said: “Marc has incredible ambition, drive and a clear vision for the future which will enable the business to continue to grow and move forward. This will leave Jean time to concentrate on product development and market research.”
