Coodes hires property specialist

The property team at Coodes has been given a boost with the appointment of a new specialist in the field.

David Williams joined Coodes’ Truro team recently and will move to the firm’s St Austell office next year.

The former Bishop Bronescombe and Truro School pupil qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and moved to Coodes after four years at Truro firm Carlyon & Son with John Rabey & Co.

He said: “It has long been acknowledged that the days of going to the same individual solicitor for all your legal needs has passed.

“I wanted to establish myself as a specialist in both advisory and transactional property law. My move to a well established, full service firm with a department led approach, allows me to do this whilst providing a more efficient service to clients.”
