Truro chartered accountant Francis Clark has further strengthened its corporate finance team with the appointment of Dr Dion Vaughan as a senior advisor.
Dr Vaughan has spent the last 15 years in corporate finance and is acknowledged as an accomplished deal finder. He specialises in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, metals and mining and technology.
He said: “I am very excited about this opportunity especially as Cornwall has many strengths, particularly in renewables, marine technology and natural resources.
“I also expect there to be resurgence in the manufacturing sector at the quality end of the market as demand increases, helped by the exchange rate.”
