The process is underway to recruit a board for the upcoming Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.
National executive search company GatenbySanderson has placed adverts in the Western Morning News and the Sunday Times, for the positions of chair and non-executive directors.
The process will, it is being said, be conducted in “an open and transparent manner and will adhere to the Nolan principles of recruitment”.
The chair responsibilities are being expected to take up four days a month, and non executive directors two.
The closing date for applications is February 25, with initial interviews due to take place in the weeks commencing March 21 and March 28.
