South west legal firm Stephens Scown has boosted its management team by appointing a human resources director.
Robert Pascall, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has taken up the role to oversee all HR issues within the firm’s three offices – Exeter, Truro and St Austell.
He brings a wealth of experience having previously held director-level posts at West Dorset General Hospitals NHS Trust and Sue Ryder Care, as well as fulfilling roles at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust and the John Lewis Partnership.
