One of Cornwall’s leading legal experts on children’s issues has joined Stephens Scown, further strengthening the law firm’s family team.
Bill Barry, who is based at the Truro office, is a long-standing member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. He is also a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil) and is able to offer advocacy in the High Court and in family proceedings in all Courts.
Barry was previously a partner with Foot Anstey before working as a consultant with the firm. With a law degree from the University of Birmingham, he moved to Cornwall in 1989 soon after qualifying as a solicitor.
